Job Description

Senior Occupational Therapist (Mental Health)Mind Professionals are pleased to be acting on behalf of a highly prestigious client that provides excellent client care in a Mental Health setting The needm for a HPC registered Senior Occupational Therapist ideally experienced working with Challenging and Complex Behaviour, ASD, Adult Learning Disabilities, and Personality Disorder Management, for modern, purpose built 88 bed Independent Secure Hospital in the East of England offering both medium and low secure environments, for adults with learning or developmental disorders and challenging behaviour who are detained under the Mental Health Act. The hospital provides specialist services for individuals with a primary diagnosis of learning disability, personality disorder or autistic spectrum disorder / Aspergers syndrome. For eligibility we require HPC registered OTs with a minimum of 18 months of post qualified experience inclusive of 6 months in a mental heath setting, ideally who have their own transport arrangements. Candidates at an earler stage in their careers will also be considered however. This service offers highly competitive salary and additional benefits packages.
